I certify and understand that tips will be treated as satisfying part of the minimum wage obligation unless prohibited by law. To maximize guest service, our policy is to share tips among employees that regular service our customers, such as bussers, food runners and bartenders. The sharing of tips is approved by ARG. The amount of tip share is a percentage of gross sales or gross tips, and will vary by concept and location. You will be made aware of the policy and percentage for your location by your management team. Management reserves the right to amend this policy or percentage at its discretion at any time.
